1+ year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role (medical or beauty industry preferred).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk.
Positive, polished, and professional demeanor.
Sales experience or comfort discussing services, pricing, and memberships is a plus.
Must be available weekends.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using booking systems (Zenoti experience is a plus).
